Zeynep Soysal is the Consumer Insights & Market Research Lead in Turkcell. She is responsible for brand and communication insights and social media analysis. She started her career as business consultant in Ernst & Young. After Ernst & Young she joined Turkcell and held different positions across finance and marketing functions. She has over a decade of experience in telecom industry and worked on a wide range of projects about brand, product and consumer including product launch, brand positioning, customer segmentation. As, social media being her new focus, she challenges methods to draw meaningful insight out of the massive content. She never left her inquisitive consultant approach in her work and likes to challenge. She is always an enthusiast about trying new techniques and altering the conventional. As a mother of two, she is always on the go, and therefore admires the benefits of technology for enabling her being super multi-tasking.
