Thomas Tougard, is leading Consumer & Shopper Understanding for Ferrero in Europe. His mission covers both consumer insights, and late stages of innovation process, for the four main Ferrero categories (nutella, Kinder, Pills & Gums, Pralines).
He previously spent more than 20 years with increasing international roles in major research groups (Burke-NFO-Bases, Ipsos), having covered the role of Deputy Managing Director of Ipsos France, and being then MD of the Ipsos OTX unit, specialized on digital solutions
