I love developing and applying Social Innovation methodologies to continually learn about people’s needs together with them. And furthermore, I love making their lives easier, applying my knowledge in the development of new products and services aimed at them. I am convinced that including them at the center of the innovation process from the beginning is the right way to design a better world. For this reason, in the IBV area that I lead, we accompany companies during their innovation process, with our methodologies and knowledge of social reality, to focus on what really matters.
