Noelle currently heads the Insights function for J&J EMEA Baby Care. For the last 3 years, she has been leading all the consumer insights to fuel one of the biggest relaunches in J&J history, Johnson’s Baby. Prior to J&J, she was Head of Insights for a Food Company in UK, and 7 years at P&G in Switzerland. Pushing the boundaries to find novel solutions to complex business challenges is what she enjoys the most. At both P&G and J&J, she pioneered and brought many new capabilities, which were reapplied company-wide and for which she has won several company awards.
