Marie-Stéphanie Cesbron is Director, Consumer Insight at l’Oréal Innovation Direction. She has been a key contributor to business transformation for 18 years both as a marketing and an insight leader. In 15+ years Marie-S has become a « T-shaped » leader with strong track records in a breadth of roles: marketing (from local market operations to global brand & product development), CRM, consumer insights & foresights, innovation strategy and new business development. Her profound knowledge of the health&beauty industry reaches out to FMCG, luxury and pharmacy brands.

Marie-S holds an MA in marketing from HEC Paris and a BS Hons in psychology from Paris V medical university.
