Customer Insights Specialist, Department Lead

Marcel Paquay has been working in market research since 2010. As research team lead at CG Research, Marcel worked on research challenges for multinationals as Philips, Unilever ABN AMRO and several universities.

In September 2018, he started up consumer insights at Walibi Holland. Marcel is responsible for all research and insights at Walibi and holds a key role in the strategic repositioning of the park.

In his spare time, he loves pub quizzes and craft beers with friends, Ajax, spy movies and detectives, good riddles and above all his wife and son Sem.
