This fascination has taken from studies in psychology and 20 years as a consultant Insight Expert to my current position as Global Head of Customer Insight and Brand Innovation at Bonava. Bonava is a leading housing developer in Europe with business in 23 regions across eight markets and is listed as Nasdaq since 2016.
