Analytics & Insights Director – P&G Baby Care
Chuck Hwang leads P&G Baby Care’s global Consumer & Market Knowledge (CMK) function and Analytics & Insights organization in leveraging cutting-edge data, analytics, behavioral science and visualization to discover consumer, shopper and market insights, and transform them into actionable outputs that drive growth of P&G’s Pampers brand portfolio. Under Chuck’s leadership, CMK is an invaluable partner in shaping the direction of the innovation direction, portfolio choices, and in-market planning and execution for P&G’s Baby Care business. Since joining P&G in 1998 as a CMK manager in Cincinnati, USA, Chuck has held numerous positions across P&G businesses, including Oral Care, Pet Food, Fabric Care, and Baby Care, and has worked across the markets P&G serves.
Outside of P&G, Chuck has partnered with academia to foster development in the areas of consumer insights and research. Chuck graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and has an MBA from the University of Chicago. Chuck and his spouse reside in Geneva, Switzerland with their two children.
