Alexander Dedovets started his FMCG career at Unilever RUB in Moscow, being admitted to theUnilever Future Leadership Programme. After a few projects in sales and customer marketing hebecame a Brand manager responsible for such foodbrands as Calve and Knorr. In 2016 he moved toSweden to do a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and later taking a role withinConsumer and Market Insights at Unilever Nordics. A few years later he took a role of Head ofInsights at Cloetta, a leading confectionery manufacturer in the Nordics, creating the Insightsdepartment and leading it since then.
