Senior Research Manager
Hieu Ngo is Senior Research Manager of Global Customer Insights and Analytics at Walmart.com. She’s been conducting research on online shoppers for more 10 years. At Walmart.com, Hieu has extensive experience managing customer loyalty programs for numerous product categories. She also oversees custom research using both qualitative and quantitative approaches, including IDIs, online groups, concept testing, ad awareness, brand equity, shopper A&U, conjoint, and segmentation. Hieu has a breadth of category experience, including mobile apps, photo, apparel, electronics and online grocery. Before Walmart.com, she worked in public health among immigrants and minorities.
Hieu holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from UCLA and a B.A. in Molecular Biology from UC Berkeley.
